I am a Certified Hypnotherapist currently based in Rockhampton, Central Queensland, and offer online hypnotherapy to people who need assistance to live a healthy, happy and fulfilled life. You can choose to have a face to face appointment if you are based in Rockhampton or close by, or if you live anywhere else in the world, you can take advantage of an Online Hypnotherapy program, which is hypnotherapy delivered online to you in the comfort of your home.
I have created Discreet Resolutions Hypnotherapy in the hope of helping as many women as I can with their health and wellness. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2006, which then sent me straight into menopause as a result of the chemotherapy, which has led me to where I am today. I found when fighting breast cancer that if I took control of my mindset, it would be a far easier journey.
This is exactly what I did.
So, after years of working in hospitality, I took an avid interest in the subconscious mind and how it can help in healing and after joining groups and forums, I have seen how many women are suffering, especially with menopause symptoms – and it is just so sad and menopause is unforgiving!
