Seven months ago, life took an unexpected turn. I found myself unable to manage with the changes that my children and I had to make, I was very emotional, not able to think clearly and certainly not able to help my children through the process. As a mother its hard to put yourself first, however as Marie reminded me, I needed to heal myself before I could help my children. I am a believer that people come into your life when you need them most. I had never used hypnotherapy previously, so I talked to Marie and felt comfortable with the method she used and the program she had developed specifically to help me, and not a one size fits all approach.
My hypnotherapy sessions were spread out over 6 weeks, this gave me time to listen to the subliminal audios Marie had sent me. I found I quickly started to feel more in control of my emotions and improved greatly each week. After 6 weeks I was feeling back on top of everything and was now able to be strong for my children. As I write this testimonial for Marie, my last session was over three weeks ago and I still feel like I could concur the world and, I still listen to the subliminal audios each night as I go to sleep. The most important part, as a mother, my children notice the difference and have also been much stronger.
Marie helped greatly with the issue that I believed I was dealing with and through our discussions Marie found my self-confidence, self-esteem, and my ability to clean out the old and move on with the new could also do with a boost and she adjusted my plan to suit.
